The number of people participating in the three social insurances of basic pension, unemployment and work injury increased from 790 million, 150 million and 190 million in 2012 to 1.04 billion and 230 million in June 2022 respectively. Support capacity has been continuously enhanced. The accumulated balance of three social insurance funds is 6.9 trillion yuan, the annual revenue and expenditure scale of social insurance funds exceeds 13 trillion yuan, and the market-oriented investment and operation funds exceed 8 trillion yuan. Adhere to the level of social security and economic development, and steadily improve the level of social insurance benefits. Focusing on recording life, ensuring life and serving life, a five-level social security management service network has basically taken shape, the national social insurance public service platform has been put into operation, and the standardization, standardization and informatization level of management services have been significantly improved.
