The first "internet plus Nursing Service" entity hospital was launched.

CCTV News:Recently, the National Health and Health Commission issued a document to pilot "internet plus Nursing Service" in six provinces and cities such as Zhejiang, which is also commonly known as "network nurses". On the 20th, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province took the lead in launching this service.

According to the requirements of National Health Commission, to provide "online appointment nurse" service, it must be a qualified entity medical institution, and the service provider must be a nurse with at least five years of clinical nursing experience, which also makes it clear that individual nurses cannot provide online appointment service alone.

At present, there are 240 million elderly people over the age of 60 in China, of whom nearly 40 million are disabled and semi-disabled. These people, as well as those with mobility difficulties such as convalescent patients and terminally ill patients, will be the key clients of "online nurses" in the future.

Citizen Xu Shenggui: It is good for us to make an appointment with a nurse online. It is convenient for our family members. I have a little thing to go to the hospital to find them. I am too old to take her.

Although everyone is generally optimistic about this service, during the interview, some medical staff and citizens are also worried that home care may bring some medical safety risks.

Du Zhixin, Executive Director of the Department of Ophthalmology, Fourth Hospital of Zhejiang University: Like injections and intravenous injections, these treatments have certain risks, such as allergic reactions. Some allergic reactions will be fatal if they are not rescued in time. This process needs to assess the risks.

Medical staff: If you go out to other people’s homes, something bad will happen if you meet someone with malicious intentions. This is a concern.

In view of these concerns, National Health Commission has also made clear requirements, such as encouraging medical institutions to strengthen the management of nurses through technologies such as face recognition, providing mobile APP positioning and tracking system, configuring nursing work recorder, one-button alarm device, etc., and establishing exit mechanism for nurses with records of illegal and bad practice behaviors.
