If the applicant provides false materials, it will be disqualified from applying for settlement of points in the current year and in the next 5 years; Those who have obtained permanent residence in this city shall be cancelled by the public security department and moved back to the place where they were registered before Beijing. If the employer assists in providing false materials, the application for settlement of points will not be accepted in the current year and in the next 5 years. In the process of settlement of the points, if the relevant applicants and employers seriously violate the promises made to the administrative organs, the relevant records of dishonesty will be included in the public credit information service platform of this Municipality. Those suspected of committing a crime shall be handed over to judicial organs for handling according to law.
