V. Requirements of the work
1. The submitted works must be original, and the author has not participated in the evaluation of award-winning original works on any platform. Keep the RAW file after submission, so as to check the originality of the work after winning the prize.
2. Attach the title and description of the work with the work, indicating the shooting time, place, shooting content and subject.
3. Pictures: must be high-definition pictures, black and white, color is not limited; Pixel is not less than 800 w; The format of the work is JPG and PNG, and the volume of the photo file is not less than 2m; Including group pictures, moving pictures, etc., the number of pictures in group pictures should be between 4 and 12. Computer software (such as Photoshop, lightroom, etc.) is forbidden to process pictures. Participants can post-process the pictures APPropriately in the editing background of mobile phones or in the image processing app in mobile phones, such as brightness, contrast, white balance and saturation, but they are not allowed to change the original content of the works by using technologies such as composition, and must keep complete EXIF information. For the pictures that can’t provide the original picture information, they are regarded as invalid works.
4. Short video: it must be controlled within 5 minutes; Short video works with dialogue or dubbing must have Chinese and English subtitles; The video works are in MP4, MOV and other conventional formats, and the encoding is H.264 The resolution is not less than 1920*1080, and the frame rate is not less than 25 frames. Video images should be clear and stable, with natural colors, no obvious noise and jitter, and sound and picture should be synchronized; Including animation, Vlog, public service advertising videos, sitcoms and other short videos.
5. Animation: It must be designed around the theme of Xizang Internet Video Festival, but portrait cartoons, poster illustrations, cartoons, animated short videos, etc. Portrait comics require paper hand-drawing and computer drawing. The minimum paper size is A4, the computer hand-drawn file format is JPG, the color mode is CMYK, the resolution is 300dpi, and the size of a single picture is no more than 20M. All works shall be electronically scanned (the winning works shall be provided with paper originals); Poster illustration requires posters, illustrations and other forms. IX. Statement of activities
1. For the winning works, the main organizer has the right to use the entries in related purposes by means of reproduction, distribution, exhibition (online and offline), projection, information network dissemination and compilation, and no longer pays remuneration. The copyright of the winning works still belongs to the original author.
2. The organizer has the right to use all the submitted works for publicity or publicity activities for the purpose of promoting this activity, and to use the works through various channels (including but not limited to online, news release or other media, offline exhibition and promotion meetings, etc.) (the photographer’s right of authorship is reserved), and the use area is not limited.
3. The contributor shall ensure that the work he delivers does not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of a third party, including copyright, portrait right, reputation right and privacy right, and has independent, complete, clear and uncontroversial copyright on the whole and components of the work. All the responsibilities arising from the manuscript or submission behavior shall be borne by the contributors themselves.
