　　Zhang Guoqing: The Central Economic Work Conference regards "strengthening the national strategic scientific and technological strength" as the first of eight key tasks, which fully demonstrates the firm determination of the CPC Central Committee to implement the innovation-driven development strategy and take the road of strengthening the country through science and technology. Liaoning is rich in scientific and technological innovation resources, so we should unswervingly take the "innovation road" and exert ourselves in the following four aspects:

　　Zhang Guoqing: Liaoning is a big industrial province with a relatively complete industrial system. Equipment manufacturing, petrochemical and metallurgical industries occupy an important position in the national industrial layout. Liaoning can give full play to its advantages in manufacturing capacity, scientific research, skilled workers and so on, and make contributions to enhancing the independent and controllable ability of the industrial chain supply chain.

To revitalize Liaoning, we must solve the development environment problems, including political ecology, social ecology, natural ecology and innovation and entrepreneurship ecology.
