报告期内公司项目推进、交付和验收情况良好,公司实现营业收入12,385.23万元,毛利4,579.90万元,较上年同期分别增长6.59%和7.91%。公司利润主要来自于软件开发及运维服务业务。报告期内软件开发及运维服务收入和利润均有上升,实现软件开发及运维服务收入6,625.87万元,毛利3,853.16万元,与上年同期相比,分别增长了10.73%和9.86%。系统集成及软件产品销售及服务实现收入5,661.92万元,毛利727.11万元,与上年同期相比,收入上升1.68%,毛利下降1.25%。 报告期内来自工业客户的收入8,467.37万元,同比下降1.27%,来自金融行业客户的收入3,820.42万元,同比上升28.37%。公司近年来加大数据类业务在金融行业的拓展,加之金融客户的软件业务大都定期按实结算作为收入确认依据,相较于工业客户的软件业务以项目终验时点确认收入的模式,金融客户从新签合同到收入结算周期较短,因此金融客户收入在报告期内的增速较为明显。 公司根据自身发展的战略布局和客户所处行业的发展趋势,积极推进业务拓展,在上海、湖北、江苏、广东、浙江、河南、黑龙江、贵州等地组织资源投入,参与客户新项目的方案规划和论证,探索新技术应用的创新项目应用落地,随着拓展步伐加大,公司报告期内销售费用有较大幅度上升,主要是职工薪酬、业务招待费和差旅费增加所致。 上半年公司获得了海丰航运智能仓储集装箱堆场项目、某中烟公司PLM项目、二维码管理、智能车间管理、数字化生产计划管理应用、生产层数据类采集及应用及金融行业客户的大数据平台集群管理及数据开发等合同。报告期内新签合同7,700.92万元,较上期下降14.15%。其中工业客户新签合同5,519.60万元,同比上升7.32%,金融客户新签合同2,181.33万元,同比下降43.01%。金融客户新签合同下降主要是金融行业客户部分大项目的招标在报告期末尚未完成。预计2023年全年的新签合同与往年相比保持稳定态势。 产品研发方面,公司围绕大数据的运维、开发服务,研发一系列工具产品,在大数据智能管理门户基础上,开发数据服务工作平台、数据质量监控平台等。工业方面,在人工智能领域持续进行技术应用探索和研究,加快提升核心工业软件产品的智能化升级,同时对产品进行云化解构,构建“威士顿云MES+华为云”的行业解决方案。报告期内公司加大研发投入,研发费用较上期增加10.94%。报告期内公司发布了9项软件著作权,新提交发明专利3个,外观设计专利3个。
